*Job Description :*

· Accounting of Finance (or equivalent). Master’s degree or MBA a strong plus.

· A minimum of 7-15 years SAP FI, CO experience

· *Will serve as the RAR ( Revenue Accounting and Reporting / Revenue Recognition ) Product Owner of the R2R ( Record to Report ) workstream that is part of current SAP upgrade project to move to S/4 HANA and Simple Finance. *

· *To Lead financial close, and have knowledge to manage teams who  support FI, Hyperion, Banking, Project systems, and CATS.*

· Responsible for analyzing requirements, create and document  RICEF’s, Configuration Changes, Testing in FI-AR, FI-AP, GL and CO experience

· Support Unit, Integration and UAT Testing.

· Write Functional Specifications and Review Technical Specification for RICEF’s.

· Document Process Flows and End to End Scenarios.

· Execution of Cutover Activities, Preparation for Go live and Support.

· Responsible for documenting Report Specifications.

· Experience with Agile Methodology is preferred.

· Strong business acumen with a demonstrated understanding of operations from a corporate, regional, and local perspective

· Must be self-directed and results-oriented

· Work cross-functionally with counterparts to develop software development standards, prioritize department and business goals, drive  roadmap execution, increase productivity to enhance product quality and  reduce existing backlog

· Provide technical leadership that fosters growth, efficiency, and excitement for application development teams.

· Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast-paced and demanding.

· Must be self-directed, have excellent initiative and organizational skills.

· Ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and energy. Work well under stress with the ability to deliver on time.
