• 10+ years of Experience in Java/J2EE Development.

• Good Knowledge of OOPS and J2EE Design patterns. Hands on Web deployment, session handling

• Good experience in Spring Integration or Java technologies dealing with non-relational databases

• Hands on experience on JSP,Servlets, Spring, Maven, AJAX, jQuery, Soap/Rest Webservices

• Good understanding of XML,XML parsing, XSL,XSD, webservices experience

• Knowledge of RAD, Webspere Application Server

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Proven ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
