Detailed Requirements

• 7 - 10 years of hands on experience in SOA Environment creating right granular reusable services.
• 5 years of working experience in design, development and implementation of enterprise level projects using TIBCO products (Business Works, EMS, and Business Events).
• Ability to apply design concepts - layered architectures, components, interfaces, messaging and patterns.
• Participate in design discussions and provide HLSD.
• Lead and drive peer code reviews, unit and integration test artifacts.
• Excellent debugging skills, ability to optimize and fine tune code.
• Exposure working in Onshore Offshore model and able to lead/guide team members.
• Need to have experience working in agile model
