· Plan, design, document, and implement new enterprise scale  applications in Java J2EE technology space as well as Business Intelligence and Enterprise Reporting.

· Manage development deliverables and requirements scope as assigned for new or existing products and applications.

· Design, implement, and maintain assigned development efforts.

· Create comprehensive development plans.

· Participate in discussions with business users to gather  requirements.

· Work with developers, architects, administrators, and analysts to resolve complex system issues and communicate results to upper management as required.

· Develop, implement, and maintain development plans, release  management plans, and testing methodologies to ensure best practices for assigned software systems.

· Collaborate with developers and business analysts as needed to  resolve and identify root cause of defects and/or usability concerns of solutions.

· Collaborate with other project teams to improve process, tools,  quality metrics, and methodology.

· Work across multiple technologies, development tools, operating systems, and application servers as required.

· Ensure technical documentation and systems are in agreement.

· Execute Unit and Module-level tests per detailed design specifications.

· Provide coordination for project team regarding scope, issue resolution, project priorities, following AGILE Scrum development methodology.

· Ensure compliance with system specifications.

· Develop and document custom program specifications in  consultation with analyst to ensure successful delivery of user specifications.

· Use EXTJS, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS to develop front end user interface (UI) of application.

· Design and develop application business components using Spring  Framework, including Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Data and Spring Integration with Hibernate.

· Use Querydsl with SpringData for generating queries.

· Use Spring-Hibernate-JPA in data access layer.

· Embed Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) logic in application using Activiti Process Engine.

· Define application rules in Business Process workflow using Drools Business Rules Engine.

· Work on DB2 9.x and 10.x Database developing SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Functions, and Triggers.

· Utilize Advanced Java including Collections Framework, Threads & Concurrent Programming, JDBC, Servlets, Security, Java Server Pages (JSP), and XML, XSL and XSD for development.

· Apply hands-on experience with SpringBoot, Tomcat Application Server and IBM WebSphere Application Server for configuration and  application deployment.

· Design and implement application integrations using REST web services and SOAP web services using Spring Core Web Service templates.

· Use Jenkins with Maven for build management.

· Develop web tests on Selenium Automated testing tool.

· Develop unit and integration test cases using Junit with Mockito  framework and in memory H2 database.

· Maintain high degree of process and documentation on all software releases to support existing development efforts and maintenance of deployed solutions.

· Escalate issues and communicate status of deliverables to key stakeholders.

· Monitor and mentor team members as assigned to foster new and improved skill sets.

· Provide impact assessments as required for workable and efficient technical solution to meet business needs.

Experience developing software for enterprise-class applications on J2EE platforms,

· Creating/executing comprehensive development plans;

· Using Agile Scrum methodology;

· Hands-on experience with WebSphere and Tomcat Application Servers;

· Hands-on experience with SpringBoot;

· Design and development using Web Frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, EXTJS, AngularJS);

· Java, HTML, CSS, XML, JSP, JavaScript Web technologies;

· Proficient in using Maven

· Experience must include SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Functions and Triggers on DB2 9.x and 10.x databases;

· Implementing REST/SOAP Web Services using Spring WS;

· Automated testing tools such as Selenium

· Unit and integration test cases.
