*Position Title: * Microsoft Dynamic 365 CRM Developer (full-stack)

*Locations: *Houston, TX

*Interview Process:* Two-step process: 1) 30-min phone screen ; 2) Onsite or video interview

*Core Responsibilities:*

- Lead hands-on development of three (3) different MS Dynamics 365 CRM instances *(80% of the role)*
- Execute technical specifications based on functional requirements.
- Customize, integrate, and extend the MS Dynamics 365 instance based on the clients’ needs
- Be able to work well with offshore (India) and consulting partners  (Avanade)
- Learn the functional requirements of designing & customizing the instances by speaking with end-users (in sales, marketing, IT, and  legal) *(20% of the role)*
 
*Experience Needed:*

- 4+ years’ experience in developing & owning Microsoft Dynamics CRM instances *(**deep CRM development experience is a MUST**)*
- MS Dynamic 365 released in Nov 2016, so 1+ year of specifically Dynamic 365 experience is desired
- Technologies:
- Front & Backend Microsoft Engineering
- C#, .NET, ASP.NET JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, XML, JSON, AJAX, WCF, Power Shell
- Databases & Reporting Tools
- MS SQL Server, SQL, Power BI
- Integrations:
- Power BI, SharePoint, Office 365
- Excellent in communicating with the technical team, outside partners, end-users.
- Provide best practices for MS Dynamics CRM customizations
- Self-starter ability to work independently with minimal supervision
