• Design Specifications—List out performance engineering design scenarios

• Will be working with Technical Leads and Architects to determine performance engineering requirements

• Be able to communicate with Developers

• Being able to discuss in technical terms with the Technical Team

*Skills Overview:*

*What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?*

• Minimum 5 years hands-on scripting experience

• Expertise in performance test scripting/execution  skills using HP Performance Center/HP Load Runner (demonstrable expertise absolutely a MUST) with various protocols

• Soasta / Microsoft VSTS or UFT knowledge (good to have)

• Knowledge of performance analysis/diagnostic tools  like DynaTrace/New Relic(demonstrable expertise absolutely a MUST)
