there are 2 positions, so the client needs 2 QA Testers with mastery in front-end UI testing. 

The client also needs a QA Tester with mastery in performance testing using JMeter and Loader.io, a 

QA Tester with mastery in API testing using SOAP UI and Groovy script and a QA Tester with expertise in Selenium automation. Again
