Provide expert advice and trouble shoot deep technical issues in the CAD in   the respective applications, Ensure adherence to SLAs KPIs across  deliverables of the track, Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to  quality standards, Perform reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards, Represent AMS team in Governance Meetings and Integration  meetings, Responsible for completing and delivering all change control  documents to ensure compliance with the Adient AMS Methodology, Establish  comm 

1. Able to provide all level of support L1, L2, L3 

2. onsite support timing 0800 AM to 0500 PM onsite local time

3. Troubleshoot problems and meet problem resolutions in an effective manner
