The candidate should be willing to work for night
shifts; sourcing, screening and posting requirements on Job-abroad Dice,
Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn etc.; conduct screening interviews to match
candidates profiles and job requirements; conducting professional assessment
over the telephone for skills, experience, availability, compensation
requirements, willingness to travel/ relocate and overall suitability;
collaborate with US based teams to assist them with HR and recruiting projects
in different domains; should have good communication skills.
