Position: Dynatrace APM Tool Administration

Location: Madison, WI

Duration: 6-12 Months Contract

Job Description:

. Good hands on experience in Dynatrace APM Tool Administration and configuration

. 8+ years of experience in Dynatrace tool administration and monitoring tools.

. Experienced with creating monitors and dashboards.

. Experienced with creating alerts and incidents

. Experienced with working the Dynatrace API to connect Service Now and other monitoring tools.

. Good Hands on experience in Troubleshooting Dynatrace configuration issues

. Knowledge in Performance Tuning in web applications

. Good knowledge in ITIL process
 
. Good hands on experience to configure Real user monitoring in dynatrace Tool

. Good understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and components such as Servers, Network devices, App & Web Services Cloud components and associated interconnections.

Mandatory Required Work Authorization, Photo ID Proof and (Passport Number or I-94) for client submission.
