Minimum 11+ years of experience in design and development of Java application with at least 2 years as a solution Architect experience
Experience in consulting, Solution Design for at least 3yrs
Good understanding of Java technology stack
Must have handled java technology Upgradation projects like Application Servers Version Upgradation, Application server porting from one vendor to other, other SOA infrastructure and messaging middleware migrations, re-hosting the applications on different Servers or hosting the Application on cloud infrastructure etc.
Must have worked hands-on in the application migration projects
Self-starter and experienced in leading the junior resources
Must have a good understanding of the current changes in the infrastructure
Exposure in any of the cloud solution architecture like AWS
Suggest and implement architectural, scalability, performance and process improvements ideas
Must have a good understanding of Continuous Improvement (CI) and Continuous Deployment processes.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders like Developers, business analysts, and business Stakeholders.
