a Project Manager with experience in configuring, evaluating and implementing phone systems. This is for a phone replacement project; help decide cloud VS onsite equipment.

Required skills:

- BS/BA degree in related discipline preferred.
- 2+ years experience managing a team size in excess of 50 people including direct management of multiple supervisors
- Knowledge of and proficiency using telephony platforms (i.e., ACD, IVR, Dialer, Real-time Adherence, Scheduling, etc.)
- Experience in Communications industry consdiered a plus but not required.
