•             Updating technical documents with solutions for other to reference..

Windows 7 OS Management and Support

•             Troubleshooting Network issues

•             Troubleshooting software installs

•             Troubleshooting GPO Settings on Desktop

•             Troubleshooting Patching issues

•             Troubleshooting Outlook configurations

•             Troubleshooting Deployment issues

•             Updating technical documents with solutions for other to reference

SCCM

•             Install Software

•             Package Software for deployment for windows 10

•             Deploy Images for Windows 10

Project/Team

•             Working with a team to accomplish enterprise projects

•             Working some Weekend work when necessary

•             Excellent oral and written communication skills

•             Strong interpersonal skills and excellent teamwork skills

Desired Skills:

-Working Knowledge or Remedy

- Familiarity with Agile projects (Working on Scum team)

- Understating of Office 365 and Exchange online
