Position summary:
*Essential duties & responsibilities: (detailed description)*
• Consult with clients on business requirements and participate in the planning, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of all aspects of solution.
• Make achievable commitments that are aligned with resource, budget, and time constraints; manage execution to deliver on commitments
• Work with the implementation team to manage the data by coordinating and leading meetings, requirements discussions and status meetings with stake holders.
• Manage integration project timelines, project status, open items log and relevant project documents
• Verify ongoing data integrity through the development of automated data audit processes
• Perform analysis and coordinate the file development, either by developing the file using SQL-based scripts or by partnering with in-house developers.
• Develop comprehensive test plans by working with implementation team.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Partner with existing Service Leads in executing supplier management activities
• Execute responsibilities in accordance with policies and procedures, taking personal responsibility to drive continuous improvement of processes.
• Execute on special assignments as assigned by manager
*Education & special trainings:*
• Bachelor’s degree required
• ITIL Foundations certification preferred
*Qualifications & experience:*
*General*
• 5-7 years of data integration/business analyst/project manager experience required.
• 3+ years supporting Integrations between SaaS applications (e.g., Concur, Coupa, Workday) – preferred
• 5-7 years of data interpretation and analysis experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work in teams, build relationships, and create trust with business customers and end users
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize competing priorities and execute across overlapping tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• SQL database knowledge (scripting experience preferred)
• Domain knowledge of Procure-to-Pay and Human Resources is helpful
• Intermediate to advanced Excel ekills.
• Ability to communicate clearly between end users and IS/supplier partners, considering altitude for appropriate messaging
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-pace environment, maintaining a customer-centered approach to delivering excellent service while adhering to defined standards and best practices.
