What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?

Has specific skills and experience including but not limited to the following:

Strong knowledge and ability to support Active Directory infrastructure in an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Network Policy Server (NPS/Radius)
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Knowledgeable of Group Policy Administration
Knowledgeable of Active Directory components and related infrastructure.
Provide third tier support for client/server infrastructure and application support.
Analyze and resolve problems related to access control, user administration, and operating level system security.
Experience working with and support Azure Active Directory Connect (AADC)
Experience with managing a WSUS environment.
Experience working with PowerShell

Nice to have:

Experience with multifactor authentication technology.
Experience with non-Microsoft LDAPs such as ODSEE
Experience with PowerBroker
What are the technologies and the depth of the technologies that a candidate must have in order to be successful in this role?

Active Directory (2008 R2 ,2012 R2, and 2016)
Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016.
Strong PowerShell scripting knowledge
What are the soft skills that you feel candidates must-have in order to be successful in this role?

Works well in high paced environment with competing and changing priorities.
Works well with multiple tasks and can follow up until completion.
Detailed orientated.
Excellent documentation skills.
Quickly builds relationships with peers and their teams to build consensus and ensure objectives are achieved.
Ability to mentor junior support personell.
Able to deal with ambiguity, make decisions on their own and doesn’t need hang holding.
