*Job Duties:*
 
Work with third party implementation team to get AEM in place (and troubleshoot) as we migrate our existing CMS.

Prepare, advise and implement business requirements - from the development of new components and features, to eCommerce systems integration and connecting complex interfaces.

Designs and builds components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, JCR).

Develop quality code that is well-documented, testable, and production-ready.

Make changes to AEM site content, assets, and workflow.

Understand/support lead gen and UX goals of web marketing team.

Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling, internationalization, and personalization.

Work with Product/Program Manager on project priority, providing feedback on status and blockers.

Take initiative to research and learn emerging technologies.

Work with other developers, system engineers, and QA engineers throughout the product development, testing, and implementation phases to ensure product integrity.

Stay current on technical advancements and suggest ways to streamline tasks and processes for efficiency.

Be passionate about building web solutions that are resilient, secure and scalable to function in a global, 24/7 intensive business environment.

*Qualifications:*

3+ years Java experience inside Adobe Experience Manager 6.3.1 and associated technologies such as OSGi, Sling and the Adobe Marketing Cloud and eCommerce.

5+ years software engineering experience, with broad understanding of web principles and technologies.

Fully familiar with personalization feature in AEM and developing AEM templates and components.

Solid understanding of object-oriented development principles.

Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g. JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, Angular, etc.)

Familiar with Maven, J2EE (JSP, EJB), AJAX and JSON.

Experience with continuous integration toolset knowledge, such as GIT and Jenkins.

SQL experience.

Proactive communication and concurrent documentation.

Track record of accurate task breakdown/estimation, unit testing, and delivering on time + in scope.

Experience using lean project tracking software (Jira a bonus).

Experienced in Agile development.
