Role: Technical Writer

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Locals Only)

Rate: $40/hr (Max.)

Responsibilities can include:

• Write PCI reference guides

• Write tutorials

• Update existing content

• Document changes and updates

• Enter missing information and correct errors

• Create content in a fast-paced engineering environment

• Ability to make technical charts and diagrams using Visio or similar programs

• Communicate with Program Management, Product and Engineering leads, surfacing issues as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’ Degree with at least 3 years’ experience in relevant area, technical writing and documentation

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams

• Ability to meet multiple, tight deadlines

• Experience with online retail, eCommerce is a plus.
