Job Description:

Should have working experience as Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement and support for Saleforce.com CRM Applications.
Salesforce Certified Developer
Must have at least 4+ Years of SFDC development experience and overall experience of 8+ years. (We need Lead level person who can independently work on Solution and technical task)
In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM applications.
Should have hands on development experience with Apex, Visual Force pages design, Triggers etc.
Should have thorough understanding of configuration options.
Excellent Communication skills.
This resource will be participating  in requirement understanding session and finalise solution.
It will be good if we get anyone who has Salesforce- Eloqua integration experience but not mandatory
