Job Description:

Someone with 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 2+ years of architectural work.

Excellent multi-tasking and strong communication skills – verbal and written

An interest in emerging technologies and innovation

Demonstrate a clear technology thinking and a sound understanding of technology solution design principles

Prior background in software development and some exposure to solution architecture

Has experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies

Participate in the scrum development team as a lead developer /architect

Analyze requirements and Create Technical Architecture and System Design Documents

Help provide oversight, planning, and technical direction to development team to ensure successful delivery of software projects

Lead the technical design, using object oriented design techniques and agile principles

Ensure software developed adheres to best practices and quality standards through code and design reviews

Catalog and help prioritize business requirements with the business sponsors, analyze potential solutions, and translate requirements into solid designs

Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities; Works on sub-projects simultaneously dealing with multiple stake holders.

Experience with presenting and articulating ideas to managements and customers.

Experience with SalesForce, Data Management B2B / EDI and ETL Solutions and Techniques would be beneficial.

Work with various stakeholders to understand their needs and define solution and create technical design.
