• Assume the role of Servant Leader for two dedicated cross-functional Agile Squads
• Coordinate the activities of multiple Squads working on the same initiatives (e.g. lead Scrum of Scrums)
• Facilitate the Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective

• Ensure PMO Governance and Audit processes are followed
• Provide weekly status and risk updates on individual Squads and the overall program
• Shield the team from external interference and ensure the team is fully functional and productive
• Coach the Squad and Stakeholders on Agile practices and ensure adherence to Agile principles
• Foster self-organization and growth within the Squad
• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear or punishment; promote and facilitate transparency, inspection and adaptation
• Contribute to the PMO Community of Practice and Scrum Master Guild
*Looking for someone who has: *
• 6+ years as a servant leader for Agile Teams
• 6+ years’ experience with common Project Management responsibilities (status reporting, identifying and resolving risks, issues and dependencies; team building)
• Experience working in Financial Services
• Working knowledge of multiple Agile methodologies including: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Spotify’s Tribes & Squad Model
• A proficiency in Agile estimation and planning techniques
• A familiarity of TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Automated Testing, Cloud-based development
• Hands on experience using JIRA, SharePoint, MS Office, MS Teams.
