Job Description: 
Liaison between business and technical teams – understanding business requirements and able to translate into technical specifications.

Strong knowledge/experience in SQL and database navigation tools and understanding of .Net, Java development

Experience in Safari application or other complex business applications (Lawson, an ERP, etc.) is a huge plus.

Good communication skills. Must be able to interactive at all levels of management

Self-starter – work independently as well as in a team environment

Mergers and Acquisition experience a huge plus.

Additional skills:
Experience in leading requirement-gathering & analysis efforts for application development projects involving Agile, Rational Unified Process (RUP), and Waterfall processes

Created Use Case Models, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Activity Diagrams, and State Chart Diagrams
 

Conducted GAP Analysis, identified project risks, and have used different business requirement elicitation techniques such as interviews, brainstorming sessions, document analysis, requirement workshops - Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, project meetings, and coordinated with both business and technical stakeholders, including business users and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and clients’ management at all levels and assisted them in defining business and systems requirements

 

Proficient in using Agile Scrum methodologies, participated in sprint planning & stand-up sessions and used Excel extensively to write user stories, analyzed Iteration Burn Down charts, and reviewed defects

Competent in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Documented User Stories and facilitated Story Point discussions to analyze the level of effort on project specifications

Experience in collaborating with Scrum team, project team members, and stakeholders to determine the Sprint Backlog

Expert in developing wireframes using Balsamiq Mockup tool for UI specs

Experience in using iterative process of design, development, implementation, testing and issue tracking

Experience in writing User Manuals and collaborating with the user

experience team in conducting demonstrations and training sessions for the end users

Experience in assisting Product Owner activities by providing high level estimates, prioritizing stories for the sprint, maintaining backlogs, and release plans

Skilled at MS Office suite to develop prototypes, present status reports and document and maintain requirements.
