End-to-end management of projects following the AT&T SDLC and AT&T’s
Standard Software Development Methodology.
Responsibilities include managing scope, budget, timelines, issues and
risks and communications.
Details: Coordinate the development of project timeline.
Manage scope and change requests.
Manage all project communications including project status (AT&T
stakeholders, IT partners and IT leadership).
Manage and track budget including actuals to estimates and forecasts.
Identify risks/issues and drive to resolution.
