Very Urgent Position :: Techno Functional BA Above 9 years candidates looking for H1B,GC and USC

*Job Title : *Techno Functional BA

*Location : *Houston, TX

*Duration : *Contract

*Job Description :*

 · Possess minimum Life Insurance Domain knowledge (zero Life Insurance knowledge is not expected)

· Traditional BA role includes following capabilities:

o Identify Business Use cases

o Requirement gathering & Create BRDs

· Requirement Management & Communication

· Agile methodology knowledge to create epic, stories, etc..

· Design Business requirements to development solution & break down tasks for developers

· Analyze source system and destination system by conducting gap analysis. This includes experience in Data mapping between source & destination systems

· Capable of playing Techno-functional role (not limited to any specific technology) – Knowledge in ETL, Database, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), UML diagrams / architectural diagrams

· Identify Technical implementation use case

· Experience in preparing Standard Operating Procedures documentation is added advantage (but not mandatory to have)
