§ Translate software requirements into concise and robust "Pega Guardrail" compliant PRPC configuration
§ Ensure the implementation has maximum reuse capability
§ Complete Application Configuration
§ Complete Unit Testing
§ Complete Integrated System Testing
§ Build Test Scripts
§ Performance/Pre--Flight/Log File Analysis

Generic Managerial Skills

§ Very good communication skills
§ Good Analytical skills
§ Soft skills (working in AGILE team framework)

Education

§ A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Management or related discipline (An appropriate combination of education and directly related experience may satisfy this requirement).
