Position:      Windows Server Administrator
Location:     San Mateo, CA
Duration:     3-6 Months

Skills and Experience Required:

Upgrade leased workstations from Windows 7 to Windows 10 OS Build workstations with Windows 10 with provided image (SOE).
Refresh leased workstations on Windows 7/10 to latest model with Windows 10 OS.
Backup and restore end-user workstation data.
Transfer end-user data to newly built workstation using USMT toll.
Install any required applications the user previously had from SW portal.
If requested, assist users with additional software request through the SW portal.
Validate successful upgraded/built laptops/workstations by using provided checklist.
Perform updates in UAPM (Inventory DB) for equipment received/issued to ensure assignment is done following Asset Workstation procedures.
Prepare workstations for decommission.  Each laptop that is leased/EOL will be separated by “Lease Return” or “Disposal”.

All Lease returns and pending disposal assets must have asset tag scanned in spreadsheet for UAPM update and kept separated for decommissioning process. 
Support issues associated with leased workstation refresh (Hardware and Software).
