*Description*: A solid developer resource who also does Service-Now administration and has upgrade experience.
Resource needs experience in working application issues [defects] and working with clients to define requirements for enhancements. They need to have excellent knowledge & experience in being able to search Service-Now Wiki & Community to assist in trouble shooting issues.
This resource will be working with the Service-Now support team, an in-house development resource and the business clients. This position requires working application issues as well as defining client requirements for enhancements.
Experience in developing in ServcieNow. 3-5 years preferably
Experience in upgrading ServiceNow specifically to the Jakarta version
Able to articulate code into lamest terms for functional teams
Experience in redesigning the portal page using the Out Of the Box portal features
Knowledge of utilizing ServiceNow’s Out of the Box functionality. We want to move away from customization and go to a more Out Of Box configuration. This will help us in future upgrades.
Great communication skills with developers, business analyst, functional teams, and managers.
Work independently without supervision
