The Worker performs highly complex systems analysis to complete software test activities for all test phases of a software development project. The Worker analyzes  business requirements and develops software specifications. The Worker reviews, analyzes, evaluates and develops test plans and scenarios based on business and system requirements to ensure traceability; monitors and performs system testing; and facilitates user acceptance testing. The Worker coordinates with IT and business project teams to identify and document software defects and works with developers to coordinate defect solutions. Work is accomplished in a highly  collaborative environment. Ability to provide on-call support, 24 hours per day/7 days per week, as needed.

Gathers and analyzes business requirements and develops software  specifications, complex test scenarios and test plans with business and technical groups/ 7 years

Coordinates the review of test plans, scripts and results of system test plans with business and technical groups. Support the development of test scripts and test plans using testing tools for software specifications/ 7 years

Executes test plans and script reviews and assists team members in performing and completing test activities. Coordinates,monitors, and performs testing, and facilitates user acceptance testing/ 7 years

Identifies, analyzes and documents software defects; assists developers in analyzing and resolving defects/ 7 years 

Participates in various software development reviews and provides advice and assistance to other team members in analysis, design, and test/ 7 years

Experience in testing web software applications/ 7 years

Thorough knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies/ 7 years

Considerable skill in using a computer with various word processing, spreadsheet and database software/ 7 years

Ability to establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with others at all times in the course of conducting business/ 7 years 

Thorough understanding of legal processes related to Order Entry, Order Generation, Legal Assessment, Admin Enforcement Assessment, Legal Monitoring, and E-Filing/ 5years 

Skill in analyzing legal and administrative workflow problems and identifying effective solutions/ 5years

Assists in developing and monitoring project plans and schedules; assists project managers in making assignments and managing project tasks/ 5years

Considerable skill in effective verbal and written communications with other computer professionals and clients/ 5years

Extensive skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy/ 5years
