· Ready for 24 X 7 support including weekends.

· 4 years Hands on experience in MYSql installation in standalone environment.

· Experience in MYSQL database creation, setting up logins & users.

· Access control management – Assigning roles/groups and  permissions to users.

· Must have experience in MYSQL performance tuning.

· Must have experience in MYSQL replication technology.

· Experience in troubleshooting Databases production issues.

· Backup and recovery procedures – DBA must have experience in how  to troubleshoot backup failures.

· Reviewing MYSQL error logs.

· Must have experience to understand existing environment-Jobs  configurations, policies, process to perform DBA day-to-day activities. Like checking job failures, taking decision to run/not-run the jobs.

· Experience in MYSQL script execution thru command prompt and  SSMS.

· Experience in setting up database maintenance plans.

· Experience in configuring jobs, rescheduling, changing job steps.

· Experience in MYSQL database backup, restore and post restore  activities.

· Experience in database migration/up-gradation from MYSQL

· Experience in database capacity planning.

· Timely response to operational incidents and problems within  Service Level Objectives.

· Handle alerts, Incidents, Changes & Problem tickets

· Attend CAB, in-flight project meetings

· Assist/Contribute as part of DR (BCP) plan as required

· Participate in DR drills.
