- Project Manager with experience in configuring, evaluating and  implementing phone systems.
- This is for a phone replacement project; help decide cloud VS onsite  equipment.
- 2+ years’ experience managing a team size in excess of 50 people including direct management of multiple supervisors
- Knowledge of and proficiency using telephony platforms *(i.e., ACD,  IVR, Dialer, Real-time Adherence, Scheduling, etc.)* 
- Experience in *Communications industry considered* a plus but not  required.
