· Should have excellent understanding of hardware, infrastructure and software components working together

· CompTIA certification, Network certification, ITIL certifications are a huge plus

· Should be a go getter with excellent attitude to work at different times based on the needs of the business

· Should have the ability to build a great rapport with the clients

· Should always be willing to go the extra mile proactively
