Overview:
The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will validate the Agent integration on target devices. We are looking for people who are driven by releasing high quality solutions; solving challenging validation problems with creative solutions; has proven to communicate clearly Testing Status and lead RCA for issues found.
Daily Responsibilities:
Develop, Execute and Validate test cases, document results, log issues found and lead RCA to closure.
Develop and automate test plans based on product requirements increasing test coverage.
Lead designated Quality Assurance Projects and deliver status reports and results in schedule.
Help build/modify and maintain Test Automation Frameworks for UI, API and Mobile functional automation
Collaborate with project managers and development teams to capture validation requirements and audit test coverage.
Collaborate across teams to understand & document product behavior, troubleshoot and triage software and system issues
Requirements:
5+ years of overall software development / testing experience.
3+ years of experience with User Interface Testing techniques in iOS for complex
1+ year of iOS App Test Automation Experience.
Some script language (perl, bash, python) knowledge required
Deep understanding on the key aspects of embedded software validation and debugging tools (logcat, QXDM, PCAP, Network Simulator log)
Demonstrable experience of complete mobile device/application test cycle from product requirement definition to customer release.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong understanding on testing required to validate product requirements.
Excellent communication, organization skill and follow through.
Experience with wireless telecom protocols validation (GSM/UMTS, LTE, VoLTE, WiFi) is a plus
Education:
Bachelors in CS or EE, Master’s preferred
