 1) Extensive O365 Administrative Experience leveraging Microsoft Click to Run XML  Files deployed through SCCM 2012. Creation and management, management/administration and Software testing/Certification (including all Office Pro Plus Components, OneDrive and the Azure Protection Client from an application and tenant perspective)

2) Application version control management leveraging varying Click to Run Upgrade Channels to engage Application teams with MS Office dependent software and validate compatibility or identify conflicts with latest releases.

3) Level 3 O365 Product Support
4) O365 Tenant Management
5) Power BI Desktop and Power BI Pro Support
6) Microsoft Office Software Vulnerability Management
