DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Client requires the services of one Programmer/Developer Analyst, hereafter referred to as Worker(s), who meets the general qualifications of ITSAC Programmer/Developer Analyst 3 Category, Emerging Technology Type and the specifications outlined in this document for the Client

All work products resulting from the project shall be considered “works made for hire” and are the property of the CLINET.  CLINET may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Workers) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by the Texas law. CLINET will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Worker(s). 

The Worker (NetSuite Developer) will be responsible for analyzing, modifying and migrating customizations to CLINET’s NetSuite environment as needed to meet project deliverables.  The worker must have extensive knowledge and comfort coding in JavaScript within NetSuite’s Suite Commerce Advanced platform.  The Worker must have specific experience with Bootstrap, Backbone and jQuery.  The Worker must be able to follow software development processes, follow detailed project plans and generate work estimates.  The Worker must be able to take assignments and direction from agency management and technical lead staff.

Worker will perform advanced analysis and programing tasks such as:

·      Creating a search interface against NetSuite’s API to lookup custom records

·      Implementing custom roles within the customer center to allow different access levels

·      Enhancing the order processing workflows to easily allow users to complete complex purchases.

The Worker must have a strong background in programming and testing and must be able to quickly develop expertise in complex systems, be quality conscious and be dedicated to delivering quality products on time and on budget.

Worker must have excellent written and oral communication skills, as they will be required to document and cross-train CLINET staff as necessary to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Onsite Requirement: Worker will be required to work onsite with the team.  Working remotely will be limited and must be pre-approved by the Project Manager/Direct Supervisor

On call Requirement: Worker may be required to provide after-hours on-call support on a rotation basis.

·      This assignment may be extended based on need and funding. (# of hours may change based on negotiated hourly rate).

·      This request includes the option for CLINET to renew this assignment for the following terms:

·      FY19: 9/1/18-8/31/19, FY20: 9/1/19-8/31/20 and FY21: 9/1/20 to 8/31/21

Note: Working overtime maybe expected in order to meet tight deadlines
