Thorough understanding of concepts, theories and processes of Project management Methodology
Advanced proficiency of SDLC disciplines and Agile methodology disciplines
Interacted with application team in obtaining requirements and assisted with user acceptance.
Managed project budgets, risk analysis and mitigation, issue management, root cause analysis, project schedule development and tracking using MS Project.
Demonstrated excellent Leadership skills on the billing project
Ability to lead/ facilitate core team or steering meetings to obtain schedule, issues, risk and dependency updates
PMP certification required or ability to obtain within one year
Preferred
Agile Scrum Master Experience
Agile Methodology
Yellow Belt on Lean Six Sigma Principles
Experience Required 8+
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Project Manager involved with development and implementation of full project life cycle for the firm's various operations group
Strong Experience in Developing Test Plans, build Test Conditions and Test Cases, creating test data, analyzing bugs, interacting with development team members to fix errors and issues
Proficient in identifying, documenting and analyzing business requirements specifications (BRS), System Design Specifications (SDS) and Software Requirement Specification (SRS).
Handling Customer communications and Management reporting Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills adept at creating, editing, and
coordinating extensive communication networks (facilitation of joint application development (JAD), and resolving issues and conflicts
Generic Managerial Skills
Creating Project Plan and Track status
Handling Customer communications and Management reporting
Experience in Health Care (preferable)
Education
Bachelor's degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience
