- Good experience in Commercial Lending Domain, including but not limited to Commercial Loan Products and some related understanding Loan Origination, Appraisal and Underwriting process Well versed in requirements elicitation techniques
– needs to directly interface with business users for requirements - Hand on experience in converting requirements to user stories in JIRA (preferred)
- Well rounded business analysis skills – elicitation, process mapping, scoping, NFRs identification, use case conversion, acceptance criteria identification Experience in managing product backlog on a tool (JIRA preferred)
- Should be well versed in scrum ceremonies to be able to effectively manage the development process
- Stand up meetings Grooming / Planning sessions Leading the sprint demo Conduct and lead UAT sessions to get business signoff
- Experience in managing a product Excellent communication skills
