Requirement:
Should have experience in handling end to end US recruitment cycle.
Experience in working IT Recruitments / IT Technologies.
Experience on Job portals like Dice, Monster, Social networking sites, etc
Should be familiar with all visas and Tax terms (W2, 1099, Corp to Corp)
Working with Direct Client experience is required
Candidates should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills
Flexible to work in Night Shifts
Responsibilities:
Identify qualified technical people for our clients in USA
Getting the right profiles matching to the requirements at the shortest possible time.
Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
Follow up with candidate till the date of joining
Create a pipeline of qualified technical resources.
Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
Minimum Qualifications
As an IT recruiter with at least 0.6 year to 4 years of experience in "US Recruitment".
4 Year bachelor degree in an IT related discipline is needed.
