• experience using Java frameworks
• Very strong J2EE skills and related frameworks like Spring and ORM technologies ( like Hibernate, JPA etc). Should take ownership and strive for quality deliverables.
• Hands on experience in Java Multithreading and concurrency
• Experience publishing and consuming services - REST/SOAP
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
• Profound insight of Java and J2EE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)
• Excellent knowledge of Relational and non-relational Databases, SQL /No SQL and ORM technologies
• Experience with test-driven development
• Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Writing well designed, testable, efficient code
• Must have excellent technical design articulation skills
