Description:

Entry level Business Analyst will work with project team to document policies and procedures, workflow diagrams and other project documentation.  Will also assist with scheduling meetings, documenting meeting notes, recording and tracking action items, risks, issues, etc.  Other duties include following up with Line of Business or technical groups to ask questions, track down answers, monitor tasks, etc.         

Required:

Organized, detail oriented, Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point (or prefer Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive), Business Process experience a plus, Google Draw or Visio a plus, good listener and excellent time management skills.                        

Finance or banking knowledge, database knowledge, regulatory or compliance knowledge, experience with reporting or analytics tools
