Need someone to lead their development and work with offshore (will delegate tasks) – 2 architects, 1 dev lead (partner with this person on Rodrigo's team), data architect, scrum master, 3 offshore developers, and 2 offshore testers

Hands on for things that need immediate attention

Participate in technical decisions

Must haves:

Leader – past experience leading offshore teams

Tech – Python (Bulk of ETL), AWS Lambda, SQL (Postgres)

Experience in migration to AWS (either Redshift or S3)
