*We are looking for a hands-on Automation Test Lead who has working experience in Onsite and Offshore model and has working experience in Financial Domain (Banking or Payments experience).*

- Candidates should be between 8 to 10 years’ experience in Functional testing and Automation.
- Minimum lead experience of 2 to 4 years.
- Experience in leading Onshore and Offshore teams
- Good at stakeholder management and strong communication skills
- Should be hands-on functional testing
- Should be meticulous on Testing Process and methodologies/practices
- Hands-on experience in writing Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Summary Report, Daily Summary Report
- Exposure in driving Bug Triage meeting, Requirement Analysis meeting with stakeholders
- Exposure in driving automation development and execution to address time to market needs
- Experience in providing inputs and collating Quality metrics for project deliverables
- Experience in automation using Selenium and UFT
- Banking or Payments experience is good to have
- Non-functional test experience is good to have
