· Vendor resource management on projects and steady state support/enhancements
· Escalation point for business concerns around Service Quality
· Must have Agile and Waterfall delivery experience
· Must have experience with midsize to large company HRIS system management, pharma preferred but not mandatory
· Must have strong English communications skills and business acumen to work with our partners in HR
· Reporting to Director, IT Corporate Systems
