Role: Lead Workday SME 

Duration: 6 months plus

Location: Summit, NJ

Description:

Looking for a Workday certified team 'coach' to lead and mentor our Workday HCM and Workday Payroll technical team.

Responsibilities include: 

·         Lead Workday SME  (must be certified, with 5-7 year Workday experience)

·         Team mentoring

·         Offshore team leadership

·         Vendor resource management on projects and steady state support/enhancements

·         Escalation point for business concerns around Service Quality

·         Must have Agile and Waterfall delivery experience

·         Must have experience with midsize to large company HRIS system management, pharma preferred but not mandatory

·         Must have strong English communications skills and business acumen to work with our partners in HR

·         Reporting to Director, IT Corporate Systems
