·         Working knowledge of MS Project and PDLC/ SDLC project management processes     

·         Clear, concise writing and documentation skills

·         IT Project Management experience     

·         Ability to facilitate cooperation and participation with other departmental work groups and vendors, and maintain meeting minutes/records

·         Ability to analyze, understand and document business rules, workflows and system functionality           

·         Ability to complete documentation deliverables and manage shared project website postings and updates on strict schedules
