Test Consultants are concerned with the independent verification and validation of the products produced by the development process. Testing is carried out in each phase: the requirements are tested by an acceptance test, the system design (analysis and design) by a system and integration test, and the programs by a program and module test.

*Required Skills and Experience:*

• Overall 8-10 years of experience
• 2-3 years of Oracle Apps OTC module is mandatory
• Experience in Oracle Apps (Shipping, Order Mgmt., OTC, AR, Channel Revenue Mgmt.) is a must
• Mainframe Experience is desirable
• Hands-on Oracle Apps with an ability to key in business critical transactions (Orders, Invoices, Deductions) in the system and help generate test data during UAT
• Able to plan and prioritize
• Hands-on HP-ALM experience
• Able to develop test strategy and plan testing cycles
• Onsite experience of at least 3-4 years should have handled an Offshore team
• Should be able to interact with Development Team.
• Very good web-based app testing experience
• Resource should have been involved in Test Planning, Test Scenario Documentation, Test Scripting and Test Execution.
• Resource should have experience in Test Estimation for the tasks.
• Resource should be able to Review and Analyze the Project Requirements.
• Resource should be able to quickly understand the requirements and come up with Test Scenarios.
• Resource should be able to execute Test Scripts and log Defects accordingly
• Resource should be able to provide Weekly Status Update to the customer and share Issue\Concern if any proactively.
