Position : Production Support Analyst with Power Shell, scripting, Windows server admin*
 
Location: Houston, TX
 
Duration: 12 Months

Any supported computer applications and historian applications.

Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.

 
Qualifications Responsibilities

Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically.
Diagnose and when practical resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Research questions using available information resources.
Advise user on appropriate action.
Follow standard help desk procedures.
Log all help desk interactions
Redirect problems to appropriate resource.
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.
Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
Weekend and After-Hours availability.
 
Requirements and Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016.
Working knowledge of Powershell, scripting is a plus.
Working knowledge of Windows 7, 10.
Knowledge of historian, ex: OSI PI products is a plus.
Understanding of Bigdata technologies.
Knowledge of relevant call tracking applications.
Knowledge and experience of customer service practices.to understand
requirements, explain issues and prioritize work
Minimum work experience:3 - 5 Years
