Position Summary
This IT System Administrator will be responsible for the support, monitoring,
and administration of the cloud services and integrations to it. This persons
primary responsibility will be to do in-house administration of Sharepoint and
Seismic content delivery platform. Candidate will also provide support for
related IT applications by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root
cause analysis.
Responsibilities
Configure, support and maintain cloud services (Sharepoint and Seismic), including integrations, security configurations, patching, troubleshooting.
Perform daily systems monitoring, verifying integrity and availability of critical services
Collaborate with architecture team to design cloud solutions that take into account systems availability, application latency, and SLA adherence.
Provide afterhours coverage as required by being on call and available to respond.
Scripting/automation of processes using PowerShell or similar
Develop, document and maintain standard operating procedures and/or scripts for automation of processes
Conduct technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure based on business requirements.
Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher in a technical field
4+ years experience in Sharepoint online
2+ years experience in scripting (PowerShell or similar ones)
5+ years in IT with emphasis on administration of Microsoft Office 365 technologies (Office 365, OneDrive, Skype for Business, Teams, Azure, Exchange online)
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience with Seismic Content Delivery platform
Microsoft certifications highly desired
