· Create Technical Design Documents
· Provide development of and production maintenance support of the Minnesota Eligibility Technology Solution (METS) or any other project under the Mediation Integration Notices Team (MINT).
· Assist in development of and directing strategies, approaches, and procedures for the METS Solution;
· Communicate and incorporate business owner’s visions, business plans, and key objectives;
· Provide updates as required for MNIT, MNsure and DHS leadership;
· Foster a culture that supports and drives staff engagement and collaboration in support of State objectives;
· Establish, manage, and leverage business and technology relationships both internal and external to the METS Solution;
· Document and unit test all code;
