- 1+ year of Agile experience
- Pega Senior System Architect Certification (Pega CSSA)
- Leads projects and manages development direction of small development teams including onshore and offshore resources
- Experience using CPM and BIX Pega Frameworks
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
