Work with client's-based technology team to help develop the analytics and risk platform
Assist Client's users by providing application support and acting as a local software development resource
Participate in regular scrums, code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
Must posses
An eye for clean design and a desire to create a great user experience.
A focus on teamwork and sharing, and always letting the best idea win.
Strong communication skills, in person and remote.
Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility
Provide best practice and industry specific solutions
Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions
Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
Participate as a team member of the functional team
Perform other duties as a
The candidate may need to travel for initial 2 weeks to Bermuda, after that he/she can continue working remotely (home).
1st round will be taken by HCC internally either face to face or phone/Skype. Final round will be with Client on Skype video.
Expert
Strong knowledge in Modern C++ including Qt 7+
Web application utilizing JavaScript, HTML and CSS 5+ yrs
Strong knowledge of python 5+
Strong knowledge in GUI Expertise 5+
Must have
Familiarity developing in Linux or other POSIX environment.
Experience with web development frameworks like React, Vue or AngularJS
Skill in UNIX scripting (bash).
Experience with micro-services and cloud-based platforms
