Title: QA/Test Lead

Location: Rosemead, CA

Duration: 6-12 months

Requirements:

- Experience in testing methodology and testing Strategy
- Experience in testing management tools such as HP ALM
- Need 10 years of Consultant.
- Ability to analyze, perform, and validate test scenarios when needed
- Strong analytical skills to conduct qualitative and quantitative  analysis
- Experience supporting project teams and interfacing with various  organizations to resolve testing issues
- Experience completing multiple assignments simultaneously, working  well under pressure, and adjusting to changing priorities
- Knowledge and experience with utility business processes and  operations.
- Knowledge and/or experience of evolving IT technologies, including  SAP, CRM, Customer Care, Customer Billing, and Outage.
- Knowledge and/or experience of Customer Service operations, business  processes, and systems, including Customer Contact, Meter-to-Cash, etc.

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related specialized  field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.  

- Specialized certification may be required
