Role: NetSuite Service manager Location: San Jose, CA

MOI: Phone interview

One year contract No H1B:( Need Visa Copy )

Issue Management - Resource will support Finance Applications as part of an Accenture Managed Delivery project for client's L1-L2 Incidents scope.
Resource will monitor queues and working on triaging issues with client's
NetSuite and other Fin Tech Apps and interfacing systems.
Resource will working with client team, onshore team and Accenture offshore
team to triage, manage assign and resolve Incidents, Service Requests and re-assign Defects.
Resource will need to learn domain knowledge to be able to have discussions
with client IT team and the business for clarifying questions to help team resolve issues.
